What does a no-carb, no sugar, gluten-free, dairy-free, mostly
plant based (except for the fresh salmon) diet look🌱?
 
Here are my top favorite meals & snacks that I came up with to incorporate into my diet.
1. Chickpea quinoa bowl with avocado
2. Chickpea spinach salad
3. Lentil soup
4. Baked fresh salmon with quinoa, asparagus & avocado salsa
5. Quinoa salad with my favorite snacks, cashews, almonds & granny smith apples with almond butter
I’ve maintained this diet only because I’m able to come up with random recipes that are not only good for you but taste amazing as well!

Ps. Berries are high in antioxidants which is why I continue to eat them even though they contain sugar. 🍓
